Your license is kept in this browser. Take a copy of it to use Blinded on another machine.

Nothing to sign up for, nothing to cancel. A license is a string. When it runs out it stops working, and that is the end of it.
Works offline
Verified on your own machine against a key that can check a license and cannot make one. Using it tells us nothing — not that you used it, not when, not what you were redacting.
Your file is not involved
Buying happens on a separate page, in a separate window. The page holding your document still cannot reach a payment processor, or anything else.
